Over the past month, our Case Manager in the City of San Fernando has been actively providing resources to displaced families and those at risk of homelessness. This month, our team allocated financial assistance to support three families in need. As a result, three previously unhoused families secured new housing with the help of security deposit assistance. Additionally, the Auguste family, pictured here, was enrolled in our Rapid Rehousing Program and is now settling into their new apartment. We are grateful to be part of their journey toward stability.
