Project Share: Utility Assistance
Project Share is a Burbank Water and Power program that provides funds of up to $250 in the form of a bill credit to assist with your Burbank Water & Power bill. Project Share is a one-time, annual assistance for your bill for those who have had BWP service in their name for at least one year.

In order to apply for Project Share, you will need to provide physical copies of the following for everyone in your household:

Completed Application (download below)

A copy of your most recent BWP bill showing your account number and past due amount.

A copy of a valid ID must be provided for all members living in the household (Birth certificates needed for children living in household)

A copy of your checking and savings bank statements for the last 2 months for all members living in the household

A copy of your current payroll stub for all members living in the household

A copy of your previous year’s income tax return for all members living in the household

Documentation of other financial assistance you may receive, for example SSI, Cal Fresh, CAPPA, award letters for all members living in the household
When you have completed the application and have gathered ALL the documentation, please submit the application to:
