We are excited to officially announce the 2026 Home Again LA Gala, taking place on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the beautiful LA Equestrian Center.

Each year, Home Again LA proudly brings together 400+ supporters from Burbank, Glendale, San Fernando, and neighboring communities who believe in our mission to support families who are unhoused or on the verge of homelessness. This year’s celebration will be especially meaningful as we mark an exciting new chapter, the coming together of Home Again LA and the Burbank Temporary Aid Center. With this merger, we have made the decision to combine our annual galas, creating one powerful evening of impact, gratitude, and community.

We are also honored to announce our 2026 Annual Award Honorees:

IMPACT Award Honoree: USC Verdugo Hills Hospital
USC Verdugo Hills Hospital has been a long-standing and invaluable partner to Home Again LA. As our organization has enhanced and expanded services, USC Verdugo Hills Hospital has consistently stood by our side—supporting unhoused families in Glendale and surrounding communities through generous financial contributions, leadership, and advocacy. Their commitment includes having a dedicated staff member serve on our Board of Directors, providing thoughtful partnership and hands-on support. We are deeply grateful for their continued investment in our community.

Hands On Hearts Award Honoree: The Engel Family
For more than 15 years, the Engel Family has provided compassionate, hands-on care to Home Again LA and BTAC families. Through their congregation at Burbank First Christian Church, nearly every member of this remarkable family has volunteered, cooking meals, serving as overnight chaperones, and offering dignity and kindness to families in shelter and pantry. Their commitment continues today and truly embodies the heart of service.

We are thrilled to present a special recognition to Barbara Howell, former CEO of Burbank Temporary Aid Center, for her 20+ years of service.
