Last month we held our third annual Thanksgiving Dinner at Glendale Church for 35 families, over 90 family members who either currently live or have lived in our shelter. This event brings together families we’ve supported and provides a place where we come together as a “HALA family” to show our support to one another. Thank you to all our partners who made this happen including our staff, Gain Federal Credit Union, National Charity League, Inc., Burbank Chapter, Glendale Sunrise Rotary, Kiwanis Club of the Verdugos, and Metropolitan Culinary Services.
