Williams Family Secure Housing

Amanda and her daughter were referred to HALA by the Burbank Unified School District. Our Outreach Team located the family, provided resources, and welcomed them into our Shelter program. During their stay, Amanda and the HALA team were able to secure employment and get the family connected with the services they desperately needed. Within a short period, the family was issued an Emergency Housing Voucher by the City of Burbank. The HALA team worked quickly to secure an apartment for Amanda and her daughter. Just this month the family signed a lease and are feeling thankful to be in a new home in 2023.
