The Journey of a Family

"We have never been homeless before and it was a terribly new and horrific experience. When we first learned about Home Again LA we were staying at another shelter that had too many people where you can easily get 'lost'. But being case managed by the staff was the most blessing experience this year. We were approved for housing and immediately we started planning our budget, looking for housing and we were excited about our future. Our case manager made sure that we were doing what we were supposed to, and she was supportive throughout the whole experience. This past week we finally were able to say we have a place to call home.' - Ms. Devault
