Temple Creates Welcome Home Kits

We would like to send our thanks to the members of Burbank Temple Emanu El for donating "Welcome Home Kits" for families who are transitioning from homelessness to housing. This extra support on top of the work of our trained case managers has done so much to help our shelter families hit the ground running as they start fresh, and the temple's extra gift of Thanksgiving bags filled with non-perishables and treats only helped smooth the transition by demonstrating the truly inspiring commitment and care of the community. We would like to extend our thanks to Beth Marcus who has helped coordinate the event for many years. Through her generosity, so many families have been positively impacted.
