South Hills: Love the 818 Projects

We would like to give a special thanks to the Love the 818 team for stopping by Jerry's Promise this past month to help the staff organize the garage. The garage has been utilized as a storage facility for clothing, furniture, and hygiene products. Now, with support from the team, we are able to have families come by once a week and go "shopping!" Recently housed families may come by and take items that can help them succeed.

A special thanks to the South Hills Church Burbank for creating over 50 Self Care kits that were forwarded to the families in our shelter and rapid rehousing programs! The kits include items such as shampoo, bath bombs, and gift cards for The Ugly Mug Coffee House. Thank you for providing our families with a sense of normalcy and making them feel extra special!
