She Did It!

Ms. Barnes came to Home Again LA in 2018 when she was experiencing homelessness with her two boys. We provided the family of three with essential services and secured an apartment within 3 months of initial contact. Despite the difficult journey, Ms.Barnes reached out to our team this month to share news of continued growth and success. She has now graduated with an AA and is transferring to Cal State Dominguez Hills studying social work and human services. The HALA team is so proud of the family and inspired to continue to make change for more families in need.
