Preventing Homelessness

This past month we provided aid to 19 families who were in dire need of rental assistance; including families referred by the Glendale YWCA, Burbank Unified School District, and other local partners. Each family experienced challenges and needed assistance in maintaining their housing. HALA jumped in with our United Way LA Rental Assistance Program. All families are working alongside our case managers to get back on track and stable. If you know of a household facing similar challenges, refer them to Home Again LA.
