Mom & 1 Year Old Son Housed!

Gricelli, a single mother with her 1-year-old son, had been experiencing homelessness for over a month when our Glendale Outreach team came in contact with them. Gricelli shared that the relationship she was in with her partner became fragile and they separated. Gricelli moved out of their home but never stopped taking her son to daycare and didn't miss work. She needed Home Again LA to give her time and case management. The team provided the family with hygiene kits, clothing, and approved the family for our Glendale Rapid Rehousing program, which included resources and referrals for the single mom. After a month of searching, Gricelli signed her apartment lease and is now working towards 100% self-sufficiency.
