Special thanks to the Burbank Sunrise Kiwanis Club for adopting three of our rapid rehousing families for the Thanksgiving holiday. So many of our families are still feeling the ramifications from COVID-19, and the donation of a turkey and gift cards has been extremely helpful in providing the families an opportunity to have a "regular" Thanksgiving. Generosity like this is key to the community oriented hope and inspiration that keeps Family Promise going, and we are all thankful to club members Nancy Guillen, Donna Anderson, and Danny King for connecting Burbank Sunrise Kiwanis to Family Promise.
